Marcus was informative, helpful and kind. We bought 2 bikes from him, then came back and bought a 3rd. The bikes are great. We were told we can bring them in at any time for repairs, in the future if needed. We had a tube blow out riding a trail, brought the bike in, and Marcus repaired it on the spot.
